Customer Support Executive (CSE)
Type: Full-Time
Location: Kolkata
Education Qualification: Graduate/Under Graduate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To call the customers and explain the product/concept as per guided training module; have to maintain high-level of calling quality to ensure maximum productivity.
  • To follow set guidelines and adhere to various parameters as defined during operation.
  • To work on defined targets and be self-motivated to achieve the same
  • General shift only.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Should possess good analytical skills.
  • Should have work experience of 6 months (Fresher also welcome)
  • Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Document Collection Executive (FOS)
Type: Full-Time
Location: Kolkata
Education Qualification: Graduate/Under Graduate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit customers as per set appointment to collect relevant documents/payment instruments (i.e. – cheque etc) as per KYC norms.
  • Must have good knowledge about local lane/route and flexible to travel through public/own transport.
  • Day shift only

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum qualification 10+2
  • Should have work experience of minimum 6 months (Fresher also welcome)
